Begin at the intersection of West Locust Street and San Pedro Avenue;
north on San Pedro Avenue to the intersection of San Pedro Avenue and Olmos Drive;
then east on Olmos Drive to Devine Road;
then south on Devine Road to East Hildebrand Avenue;
then east on Hildebrand Avenue to the Sn Antonio River as it meanders generally southeast and southwest to a point due east of the eastern end of East Locust Street;
then due west on a line to Locust Street and northwest and west on Locust Street tto its intersection with San Pedro Avenue, the point of beginning.

The dividing line in all cases is the center of roads, streets, streams, etc.
